Tom Weaver
Tom is Head of Operations at Beam and has a wealth of project management knowledge and experience as well as therapeutic and coaching skills. Tom is an Advanced Breathwork practitioner with multiple breathwork qualifications including Oxygen Advantage and Breath at Medicine, he is also an NLP Practitioner and Coach, Optimize Coach, Havening Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider. Tom's areas of expertise are men's health, breathwork, and improving and optimising performance.
