These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Beam Development & Training Ltd (“Beam Training”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing from or working with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Beam Training offers one-off digital products and professional services, including workplace wellbeing workshops, coaching, and bespoke development programmes. We also curate and publish the People People magazine.
2. Use of Content

All content provided by Beam Training is protected by copyright.

Content is licensed to the named purchaser only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed in any form.

You may not share access, reproduce, or publish our training materials or resources without written permission.
3. Payments
Digital Products & Advertising

Full payment is required at the point of purchase or upon booking an advertisement or sponsorship.

No hidden fees are charged — all costs are clearly stated at the time of checkout.

Payments for People People magazine ads and sponsorships are due at time of booking and are non-refundable once the magazine is released.
Services (e.g. Workshops, Programmes)

Services are invoiced upon completion of delivery.

Payment terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date.

All invoices will clearly outline any agreed-upon travel expenses, which are billed in addition to service fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Coaching Appointments

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booked coaching session, the full session fee will still be charged.
-
Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur charges.

You must inform us of any change of status of employment, sessions will be billed unless confirmed in writing that 'session client' no longer requires support. Email office@beamtraining.co.uk before 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
Training Services (In-Person & Virtual)

Cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session will incur charges for:​

Full sessions training cost

Any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs

Pre-prepared training materials

Trainer preparation time

Cancellations made within 28 days of the scheduled session will incur charges for:​

Travel expenses or accommodation costs

5. Digital Product Access

Products are delivered via email or download link after payment.

6. Refunds

No refunds are issued for digital products once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds for services will only be granted in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Beam Training.

Advertising or sponsorship fees for People People are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and the magazine issue has entered production.
7. Your Data

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell or share your data with third-party companies.

We will share event list data with companies involved in partnership events and specialist collaborations. This information includes name, company, job title and email. You can opt out of this by email office@beamtraining.co.uk within 48 hours of the scheduled event to be excluded from sharing this data.

You may occasionally receive updates relevant to your purchase or enquiry. You can opt out at any time.
8. People People Magazine Terms

Content Submissions: Submitting an article or feature does not guarantee publication. Beam Training reserves the right to use submitted content in a current or future edition, at its sole discretion.

Sponsorship & Ads: Booking space in the People People magazine confirms your agreement to all associated payment and publishing terms. Payment is due prior to the magazine’s release.

Content Ownership: Contributors retain ownership of their original work, but grant Beam Training non-exclusive rights to publish it in People People magazine and its promotional material.

Editorial Rights: We may edit content for clarity, formatting, tone, or length before publication.

Usage: No articles or advertorial content may be redistributed, republished, or used elsewhere without written permission from Beam Training.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of use will apply.
