Breathe with Beam

Join us for this months breathwork session and change how you breathe.

• We are going to look at how you already breathe 
• What you can do to improve it 
• Learn lots of easy techniques to practice in your own time 
• Finish with a breathing cool down and calming relaxation

What you'll need:

• You can bring an exercise mat but if you dont, we have spare ones you can use at the venue 
• Bring a blanket, perfect for the cool down exercise where you can relax and be comfortable 
• A bottle of water/ drink
