Breathwork in Bute Park

Start your day off with an hour of breathwork in Bute park in the center of Cardiff. As the weather is looking much better I thought it would be a great idea to bring breathwork outside. 

What to expect 

We will work through functional breathwork exercises to build up respiratory muscles and focus on creating better breathing habits 

We will be checking in to see your breathing ability and where you are at right now

We will be moving around and combining movement with breathwork 

We will end the session with a cool down and relaxing breathwork practice 

Who is it for?

Everyone is welcome and the exercises will be for all abilities 

If you get out of breath easily 

If you want to improve your physical performance 

If you want to sleep better 

If you want to have more focus

How Long is it? 

It is an hour session I'll be there from 15 minutes before the session

What should I bring? 

You can bring a yoga mat if and something to support your head, but this isn't essential. Bring a water bottle with you

Easiest carparks to access bute park are 

Sofia Gardnes - Parking lot, Pontcanna, Cardiff CF11 9SZ (What 3 Words - stump.dinner.evenly) 

North Road - North Rd, Cardiff CF10 3DU (What 3 Words - bump.waving.erase)
