Healing Sanctuary

Join us for our wonderful quarterly Healing Sanctuary. These sessions are designed to allow you to escape the every day and being immersed in a half day of self care and healing.

As with other Sanctuary's this one will include beautiful guided meditations and teachings from Lianne, Breath from Tom and Sound Healing from Dave. However, there will also be an (optional) opportunity to enjoy a wonderful cup of warm cacao. A drink used for thousands of years to help heal mind, body and spirit.

Cacao has been shown to have countless benefits including opening the heart emotionally and phsyically; being an antioxidant; offering a sense of calm and focus; boosting your mood and much more.

Please be assured Cacao is not a drug and we will be taking a very low amount (20g). The Cacao we use is FULL POWER CACAO which you may have seen on Dragon's Den.

We do not recommend taking part in the Cacao if:

You are pregnant or breastfeeding

Have a heart condition

If you are allergic to theobromine

If you have low blood pressure

Under 18

For those wishing not to partake in the drinking of Cacao, you will still be able to fully enjoy the Sanctuary and gain lots of wonderful benefits from the day.
