The landscape of work and employment is changing; are your people ready?

Join us for an expert panel with Darwin Gray’s specialist employment law solicitors and guests to explore the key developments set to reshape the world of work. In an engaging discussion, the panel will explore the upcoming changes in the Employment Rights Bill, sharing insights and practical tips on how to support and navigate your teams through the changes.

We’ll be discussing the most significant proposals in the Bill – including changes to unfair dismissal rights, additional duties on employers relating to sexual harassment, zero-hour workers’ rights, and changes to paternity and parental leave. Our experts will also discuss what these changes mean in practice, how employers can prepare for them, and the timelines for implementation. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve, ask questions, and ensure your people are ready for the upcoming changes in UK employment law.
