Mick’s international reputation as a leading authority on investigative interviewing has led to his services being in high demand.

Intersol Global are a Recognised Awards Centre. Mick developed the Level 3 Certificate in Investigative Interviewing (RQF) and the Level 3 award in dealing with Difficult Conversations (RQF). Qualifications delivered to staff tasked with conducting internal investigations staff misconduct.

Mick leads a large team of specialist external impartial investigators conducting high stakes and trauma led investigations on behalf of clients throughout the UK.

Mick featured in the highly acclaimed BBC documentary series Eyewitness, the programme content is now used as a training aid as an example of excellent interview techniques for students of Forensic Psychology in Europe, North America, and Asia.
