Where associates are engaged, delivery expectations and standards are agreed in advance.

3. Evaluation and improvement

Participant feedback is gathered after delivery (quantitative and qualitative where appropriate).

Client debriefs are used to confirm impact and agree improvements.

Learning is captured and applied to future delivery through continuous improvement.

4. Governance and compliance

The organisation maintains appropriate policies for safeguarding, equality and inclusion, data protection and information security.

Insurance certificates and relevant compliance documentation are maintained and reviewed periodically.
