Who is Sal Jefferies

I coach founders who are ready to increase performance, redefine purpose and create a peaceful mind. I specialise in coaching founders and leaders, over 40, who are ready to increase their performance, redefine their purpose and cultivate a peaceful mind. My inspiration and mission is to empower the change-makers of the world. Using psychology and human performance practices, I help them bring their vision to life so they make a positive impact through their actions and influence.

Everything I coach, I practice in my own life. I am dedicated to self-development, integrating knowledge from various fields, and continuously working on my mindset and coaching skills.

 

My professional background, which inform my work, include: Human Performance Coaching (for Founders), Contemporary Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Strength & Conditioning Trainer and Breathwork Trainer. Before this latest chapter of my life, I've been a Photographer, Advertising Exec & Dancer. And when I'm not coaching, educating, or in business mode, you’ll find me in the gym or enjoying the seaside with my dogs in Brighton, UK.
